, while at lunch today. I'd been meaning to pick it up for a few weeks now, and finally got around to it. I cannot wait to crack into this book! Tina Fey has been a longtime idol of mine (isn't she to most neurotic, slightly-nerdy, food-obsessed women?), and in my book she really can do no wrong. I know I am far from the first person to say this, but I AM her "30 Rock" character Liz Lemon. I am her in almost every way, which I kind of love and only sometimes cringe about."Somebody bring me some haaaamm!"
Have you read her book yet? Everyone I know who has has given it great reviews. I'm really looking forward to devouring it over the weekend!
Oh! And thank you to my friend Megan for passing along this article about the man whose arms are depicted in the book cover. I really get a kick out of the last paragraph!
I loved Bossypants! Tina is hilarious! Have you read any of Chelsea Handler's books? They're really funny too. And I just finished Mindy Kaling's book last week and she had me rolling on the floor the whole time. Just if you want more comedienne book suggestions! I hope Amy Poehler writes a book soon, I'm sure her's will be just as funny, too.
