Your Weekly Pins

Another Friday, another week of pins! Here's what caught my eye on Pinterest this week...

HOME DECOR
Pinned Image
[I am absolutely in love with everything about this room. From the amazingly detailed archway, to the painted-wood floors, and especially those adorable split barn doors painted the happiest shade of robin's egg blue. And can you see the beamed ceiling? I could definitely enjoy living in this space.]

Pinned Image
[I love the idea of this framed wallpaper by using crown molding - it adds interest to the room and makes the wallpaper a focal point, rather than a background afterthought. Perfect for framing bold wallpaper!]

FOOD
Pinned Image
[In one of Eric's "whatcha pinnin'?" moments this week, he caught a glimpse of these sliced apples dipped in pancakes batter, cooked on a griddle, topped with cinnamon and sugar. Does this not sound like the tastiest breakfast treat ever??]

Pinned Image
[Do you know what this is? Do you know just how ridiculous the above photo is? This is BEER CHEESE MACARONI. I don't think a single dish could get any more Wisconsin than this.Someday, when I'm feeling nice and gluttonous, I'ma make a big ol' pot of this and not share it with anyone. I'm not even going to be sorry for being so selfish. Because this is BEER CHEESE MAC 'N CHEESE!!!]

Pinned Image
[Do you like pumpkin pie? Do you like fudge? Do you like brownies? Of course you do, because you're a total normal, completely rockin' person. So, naturally, you would love this Pumpkin Pie Fudge Brownie bar... and look: Topped with whipped cream! Just because Thankgiving has passed doesn't mean you have to suppress your pumpkin-baking obsession.]

[Truffles and cake balls have been all over the place for the past couple of years, but these Chubby Hubby truffles (Peanut butter, pretzel and chocolate in truffle form? Yes please!) stand out among the rest. You can't go wrong with the peanut butter-chocolate combination, but adding pretzels in just bumps it up another notch or two.]

[This site has the Top 10 cookie baking tips and tricks... perfect timing for your holiday baking! I learned a few tricks I'm definitely excited about trying from now on.]

I CAN HAZ STYLE?
Pinned Image
[Oh, you know, just another lace, 3/4-sleeved dress... I absolutely love this look with a little vintage flair.]

Pinned Image
[What an awesome military-style jacket. I love all the pockets and how the waist is cinched with a belt. Definitely a great casual coat for winter.]

Pinned Image
[This outfit could not be more mismatched.... and I love it. I've been loving the idea of pairing polka dots with plaid lately, and that sweater is so adorable. There is no way in hell my donk could pull off those tight, mint-colored jeans, but a girl can dream. So dorky-cute.]

Pinned Image
[I am not normally a dangly earring wearer, but these are just fabulous. I love their shape, and those little blue teardrops beads are just so pretty.]

A CHRISTMAS STORY
Pinned Image
[How cute (and easy!) are these strawberry Santas?? Not every holiday dessert has to be gut-busting, but they do all have to be pleasing to the eye, and these definitely fit the bill!]

Pinned Image
[This photo absolutely cracks me up... though it's definitely staged, I like to pretend it is real and that the couple photographed are my kooky neighbors. You know, my kooky neighbors with their pet lap goat.]

Pinned Image
[This Christmas-tree garland would be simple enough to make, and would look cute either strung on the tree or from the top of an open doorway. So sweet!]

Pinned Image
[So, I know I mentioned how cake pops and troubles are nothing groundbreaking, but these Christmas-themed ones are absolutely adorable! I especially love the snowman face - I may have to make these this season.]

Pinned Image
[In keeping with the baking theme, I love this idea for a pretty, swirled sugar cookie with sprinkles. A big impact for a simple slice-and-bake cookie recipe.]

I WANT
Pinned Image
[Eric doesn't eat pasta, which is really unfortunate for me because pasta is one of my favorite dishes on the planet. So, obviously, whenever I make it I only make enough for myself. The problem is, I always either make not enough or way too much - this handy little tool measures just the right serving size for pasta based on how many (or how few, in my case) you're serving. Perfect!]

Pinned Image
[I love Cath Kidston's pretty, girly patterns and designs. In fact, that floral design on the left is actually my Google Chrome theme at the moment! So obviously when I saw these iPhone cases I jumped a little in my seat. They're just so darn pretty, maybe I'd actually be better about having my phone near me more often!]

Pinned Image
[You guys, Trader Joe's may be the closest thing to Heaven on Earth there is. And just one more example as to why is what is pictured above: COOKIE BUTTER. Are you joking??? I'm assuming this is kind of like spreadable cookie dough, perfect with graham crackers or animal cookies (or gingerbread! Or pumpkin bread! Or!!!!). And, dare I say, better than Nutella??? I haven't tried it yet, but I've already got Trader Joe's on my list of errands this weekend. I'll be surprised if I walk out of the store leaving any of these jars on the shelf.]

There's plenty more where these came from! Follow me on Pinterest to see everything I pin I make all week long.
